Scope
This statement applies to csong.health, which I operate through Spheno Labs Ltd (company number 17196225). It does not cover the Sphenoid OS applications; those need their own product and deployment assessments.
How accessible this website is
I aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. The site has not had a complete accessibility audit, so I cannot claim conformance. Automated checks alone do not establish whether everyone can use the site.
What has been checked
- Source checks cover top-level headings, heading order and image alternative-text attributes. These checks do not establish the quality of every label or description.
- Contact and booking forms use visible labels, and the main navigation has accessible names.
- The styles include keyboard-focus indicators and reduced-motion support.
- Links, page structure and copy are checked when changes are published. End-to-end assistive-technology testing is still needed.
What has not been checked
The following still need verification:
- No independent or third-party accessibility audit has been carried out.
- The site has not been tested end to end with screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver, or with speech recognition or screen magnification software.
- It has not been tested with people who use assistive technology day to day.
- Content on websites we link to is outside our control and is not covered by this statement.
Known issues
Testing is incomplete, particularly for assistive technology, colour contrast across interaction states, and third-party booking and payment services. There may be barriers I have not identified. Please report any you encounter.

If my response does not resolve the problem, reply to cs@csong.health and explain what is still preventing you from using the site. I will review it with you.
