Scope
This statement applies to csong.health, the website operated by Spheno Labs Ltd (company number 17196225). It does not cover the Sphenoid OS applications themselves, which are assessed separately as part of each deployment. Spheno Labs Ltd is not a public sector body, so the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 do not apply to this site. This statement is published voluntarily, because we ask the same of the products we assess.
How accessible this website is
We believe csong.health is substantially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 level AA, on the basis of the self-assessment described below. It has not been independently audited, so we do not claim full conformance.
What has been checked
- Every page uses a single top-level heading, and the heading outline runs in order without skipped levels.
- All images carry alternative text.
- Every form field on the contact and booking pages has an associated label.
- Colour contrast was measured programmatically for every colour pair used for body text, links, buttons and status labels. The lowest ratio found for text was 4.68 to 1, above the 4.5 to 1 threshold for normal text.
- A skip-to-content link is present, the page language is declared, and navigation landmarks carry accessible names.
- The site honours the operating system reduce-motion setting, which switches off scroll animations, hover movement and smooth scrolling.
- Visible keyboard focus styling is applied to interactive elements.
- No third-party scripts, trackers or embedded frames run on any page, so nothing outside our control can alter the reading experience.
What has not been checked
Being specific about the limits of a self-assessment matters more than a confident claim. The following have not been verified:
- No independent or third-party accessibility audit has been carried out.
- The site has not been tested end to end with screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver, or with speech recognition or screen magnification software.
- It has not been tested with people who use assistive technology day to day.
- Content on websites we link to is outside our control and is not covered by this statement.
Known issues
We are not currently aware of any outstanding accessibility problems on this site. That reflects the checks listed above rather than a full audit, so it is likely there are issues we have not found yet. If you find one, please tell us.

If you cannot use part of this site, or you need information in a different format such as accessible PDF, large print, easy read, audio recording or braille, email cs@csong.health. Please say which page you were on and what you were trying to do. We aim to reply within five working days.
Enforcement
The Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations do not apply to this site, so there is no route to the Equality and Human Rights Commission under those regulations. If you are unhappy with how we respond to an accessibility complaint, write to cs@csong.health and we will review it. Users in Great Britain can also seek advice from the Equality Advisory and Support Service about rights under the Equality Act 2010.
What we are doing to improve
- Running an assistive technology test pass, starting with VoiceOver and NVDA.
- Re-checking contrast and focus behaviour whenever the design changes.
- Reviewing this statement at least annually, and whenever the site changes substantially.
How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared on 2 August 2026, based on a self-assessment of csong.health carried out on the same date and covering every page listed in the site XML sitemap. Heading structure, alternative text, form labelling and colour contrast were checked programmatically. Keyboard navigation and reduced-motion behaviour were checked manually.
