Who is responsible
Spheno Labs Ltd, company number 17196225, is responsible for personal information submitted through csong.health. Questions can be sent to cs@csong.health.
What is collected
The contact and booking forms may collect your name, email address, organisation, preferred meeting time, the message you choose to provide, the page used to contact us, the referring page and campaign parameters in the link. Paid advisory records may include the amount, payment status and Stripe transaction reference. Please do not submit patient-identifiable information, special-category health data or confidential clinical records.
Why it is used
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the requested service is a fit, arrange a meeting and keep a necessary record of business correspondence. The usual lawful bases are legitimate interests, steps taken at your request before a contract, or performance of a contract.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions may be processed by Netlify and delivered to the business inbox. Paid advisory fees are processed by Stripe; Spheno Labs Ltd does not receive or store your full card details. Appointment scheduling and video calls may use Google Calendar and Google Meet. These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms.
Retention and sharing
Enquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, service delivery, legal obligations or legitimate business records. Information is not sold. It may be shared with professional advisers or service providers where necessary, or where disclosure is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact cs@csong.health first so the request can be handled promptly.
Website measurement
No advertising cookies are used. Enquiry forms record limited page, referrer and campaign information so Spheno Labs Ltd can understand which pages generate relevant business enquiries. This information is submitted only when you send a form.
