Not everything we build is a product. These four came out of problems we hit on the ward, and they go to NHS clinicians, trainees and patients at no cost — no licence, no per-seat fee, nothing to put through procurement. The NHS trained us. This is part of paying that back.

These are supporting tools: they sit alongside your trust's documented processes rather than replacing them, and responsibility for every clinical, consent and record-keeping decision stays with the treating clinician. If one of them breaks, or could be better, tell us and we will fix it.

Every Sphenoid OS app surfaces risk and structures the decision. The final call stays with a named clinician — and clinical accountability stays explicit.

02 — Safety architecture by design

Explicit safety boundaries.

Products are designed around guideline-aware review, clinical accountability and controlled deployment. Detailed safety logic is shared only in suitable demo, partner or client contexts.

03 — On-device first

Patient data stays put.

Wherever possible, inference runs on the user's device. No patient data leaves the room unless it has to, and nothing is ever trained on it.

04 — Built from the clinic floor

Shaped by someone who saw patients this morning.

Every workflow is designed by a practising NHS clinician. We do not guess at the cadence of a hospital — we work in it.

Spheno Labs Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales. It owns and operates every Spheno Labs product, including the Sphenoid OS suite — OralPath, MaxScribe, HoloNav and the rest. All product IP is held by the company under a deed of assignment. We work with NHS trusts, primary care networks and selected private partners. We are not currently raising external capital.

What is Spheno Labs?
