Our off-the-rack product line: ten clinician-built AI apps that deploy at lower cost than a bespoke build — all developed around clinical review rather than replacement. All ten are built; nine are in clinical validation, with read-outs expected through 2027, and FlapObs is awaiting validation. Public materials describe product categories, positioning and safety posture only; detailed workflow and implementation logic are shared in appropriate private contexts.

Free, and staying free.
Not everything we build is a product. These four came out of problems we hit on the ward, and they go to NHS clinicians, trainees and patients at no cost — no licence, no per-seat fee, nothing to put through procurement. The NHS trained us. This is part of paying that back.

Structured referral and handover support for maxillofacial trauma, so the on-call team gets a complete, consistent picture the first time rather than the third phone call.

Mobile consent support for OMFS procedures — procedure-specific risks and benefits in the patient's own language, ready to be talked through at the bedside and documented properly.

Pre-round and pre-clinic note preparation for juniors — the prompts, headings and checks that keep a busy list documented properly when the day is already behind.
Given free and as-is. These are supporting tools: they sit alongside your trust's documented processes rather than replacing them, and responsibility for every clinical, consent and record-keeping decision stays with the treating clinician. If one of them breaks, or could be better, tell us and we will fix it.

Every Sphenoid OS app surfaces risk and structures the decision. The final call stays with a named clinician — and clinical accountability stays explicit.
Explicit safety boundaries.
Products are designed around guideline-aware review, clinical accountability and controlled deployment. Detailed safety logic is shared only in suitable demo, partner or client contexts.
Patient data stays put.
Wherever possible, inference runs on the user's device. No patient data leaves the room unless it has to, and nothing is ever trained on it.

Spheno Labs Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales. It owns and operates every Spheno Labs product, including the Sphenoid OS suite — OralPath, MaxScribe, HoloNav and the rest. All product IP is held by the company under a deed of assignment. We work with NHS trusts, primary care networks and selected private partners. We are not currently raising external capital.
